All our suites include built in projectors, PA and Wi-Fi services. For large Arena events and productions, we have relationships with AV suppliers who can offer you competitive rates for equipment hire, sets and production - our preferred AV suppliers are Quadrant, BE Event Hire and More Productions.
We also have a full-time team of highly experienced sound, lighting and IT technicians in-house to support you in running a successful event, so you can rest assured your event will be presented exactly as you require.
We provide a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection in all our conference rooms as well as the main Arena bowl.
We’re proud that our venue is easily accessible for visitors with mobility difficulties and accessibility needs. We work closely with ‘Attitude Is Everything’ who improve disabled people’s access to live music by working in partnership with audiences, artists and the music industry to implement a charter of best practice in the UK. We have been awarded with a Gold level of the Charter of Best Practice. We also work with ‘CredAbility’, a quality assurance system committed to supporting disabled customers. We are a CredAbility Verified Accessible venue.
