Our in-house Catering Team can create delicious and imaginative options for every budget, tailored to suit a range of events. From buffets to three-course dinners, we can create bespoke menus for your event all delivered by experienced waiting staff.

For larger Arena events, a diverse range of catering options can also be delivered from our Arena concourse catering outlets; these can even be designed specifically to complement the theme of your event. In addition to our event catering options, located in the heart of our foyer is our Encore Bar & Grill, which offers a delicious range of menu options for your delegates to enjoy before or after your event.
